We kindly request that guests keep noise levels to a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours (10 pm to 8 am), to ensure a peaceful environment for all those on the farm and neighboring properties.

We allow controlled domestic dogs on a limited basis, but renters are 100% liable for any damage caused by a pet without limitation. When making your reservation, please ensure that you select one of our dog-friendly cabins. Additionally, pets are to be under supervision when not inside the cottages. Do not let them roam freely, and they must be leashed.

Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings. The property owner and Airbnb are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay.

Please do not smoke inside our cottages. Due to fire hazards, we ask that you ensure your flame is entirely out. Do not discard your cigarettes in the wilderness, and please dispose of them properly in external trash bins.

Property Rules
Welcome to our unique and tranquil getaway! We want to ensure that your stay is safe, enjoyable, and respectful to both the property and those on the farm. To help you make the most of your experience, please familiarize yourself with the following rules and guidelines. By booking a stay here, you agree to abide by these rules:
Safety First:
a. All guests must read and sign the waiver before accessing any amenities or participating in any activities on the property.
b. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially near the lake, campfire, or any potentially hazardous areas.
c. Wear life jackets when engaging in water activities, such as canoeing or paddleboarding.
Property Usage:
a. The 13-acre lake and its surroundings are for the exclusive use of our guests. Please respect the privacy of others by not trespassing onto neighboring properties.
b. You are welcome to explore the farm area at your leisure, but exercise caution and do not disturb any animals or interfere with any farm operations. There is no access to the area marked "farm. There is a gate to split the farm; please do not cross it.
c. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbing other guests and neighboring properties.
Amenities and Equipment:
a. The provided canoe, paddleboards, and life jackets are for the use of registered guests only. Please handle them with care and return them to their designated storage area after use.
b. Report any damages, malfunctions, or missing equipment immediately to the host. You may be held responsible for any intentional or negligent damage.
Fires and BBQ:
a. Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits or grills. Do not start fires anywhere else on the property.
b. Use caution when handling fire and always fully extinguish the fire before leaving the area or going to bed.
c. Do not leave fires unattended, especially when children are present.
Visitors and Additional Guests:
a. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you wish to invite visitors, please inform the host in advance and obtain permission.

Property Care and Cleanliness:

a. Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances during their stay.
b. Any illegal activities, including the use or possession of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Liability:
a. The property owner and Airbnb are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings.
